Generate prime numbers in a range
A prime number is a natural number greater than 1 that has no positive divisors other than 1 and itself. Prime numbers are the building blocks of all numbers, as every integer greater than 1 is either a prime itself or can be factored into primes in a unique way.
The largest known prime number as of 2023 is 282,589,933 − 1, a number with 24,862,048 digits when written in base 10. It was found by the Great Internet Mersenne Prime Search (GIMPS).
